I was worried about my gym due to the current situations. I left gym and gained weight. My friend refer me resistance band so I bought this one.I was thinking that how it's work how can I use but i found a manual and I learnt the ways how can I use these bands. Its wonderful save my money which I spent on gum.Too me is perfect gym at my home I can do my almost all exercises from these bands. Like arms, legs, chest, shoulders, thighs and all major exercises i can perform by these bands.It has 5 different resistance bands which help me to perform exercises according to my require weight. Its easy to use even i can 2 or 3 bands at a time its enough for my strength if some one needs more then he can use all bands together. But to me 3 bands are enough.I recommend to all those people who want to join gym but it and make your home gym

The product is ineffective without all the 5 bands attached.The resistance is not actually strong enough to help build muslce, but I can say it's good enough to keep you strong.The resistance strength for each band is not accurate as mentioned, they are much weaker.But if you are willing to buy this then do this.For chest - Do pushups of 3 sets until failure, then use the bands for chest exercises.For shoulders - Do some arm rotations, planks and shoulder pushups, then stand on the bands and streth your arms straight on both sides.For legs - do some squats and then use the bandsYou get it.. The concept behind this...It just promotes normal home workouts but with a finisher failure set which strengthens your muscles..I don't recommend men to purchase this as it is totaly useless but women should use resistance bands to tone their body.Men should use the gym for building muscles there are no short cuts.

You can use this bands for exercises wherever you want - attach it to the door, or use it as it is. It will be useful once you start using it constantly

I wasn’t expecting a lot but the quality is less then my low expectations. 2 of them already broken in approximately 1 month of use and the weights are not true on it. As told the heaviest one on label is lighter then the lower ones.

My husband started gym few days back and i wanted to gift him something small and use-full as we live in small place so we do not have that much space to put big gym machinery that is why i bought this small less space taking tool. Its good quality and easy to store and very use full.

Such a great for home workouts. At least more than enough for a lady

الحبال جميلة للمبتدأين وحقين اللياقة عاديلكن لللي يبي شده وقوة مافيها شيء ضعيفة جداوجاني كل شيء كامل مثل ماحطوا ولامتخدشة ولامستخدمة ولا اي نقص كل شيء جديد والجودة حلوة بعد مو شينة

غير مطابق المواصفات اللي في الصوره بس قد الغرض

خامة السيليكون ضعيفة و لا يوجد حبل القفزالقطعة الخاصة ب التعليق على الباب مختلفة عن الصورة و لكن تؤدي الغرض
