Exactly what I wanted
It has done a fantastic job for me so far, as long as you're methodical, it'll find pet stains. Good battery life, durable so far. I use it almost daily. Also, it'll find "spy pen" writing. Added bonus. Charges glow in the dark stuff. It's a legit hand held blacklight as far as I can tell. I'd buy another.

VanSky is the one to buy!
Vansky UV Flashlight Black Light, 51 LED Blacklight flashlight: exactly as advertised! Bought to detect cat urine stains & general house cleaning hot spots. Purchased a $35 version from a local pet store but returned it because this one was higher quality, much larger, infinitely brighter/more powerful, & less than half the price! Will definitely recommend to anyone needing a good light for a reasonable price!

Black light flashlight
Bought this to see where my cat has been peeing. Works well. I can definitely see the stains in the carpet. However I can’t tell if it’s a urine stain or if it’s another type of stain.

Works great as a dog pee inspector.
I love the ease of use and the functionality. I bought a new house and wanted to see how much dog pee was on the carpet. Using this flashlight showed all the spots. I may not of wanted to know I had that much dog pee on my carpet (even after cleaning), but at least I know.

Scorpions, Meet Your Worst Nightmare
Bought this UV flashlight for scorpion hunting in Arizona, and let me tell you—it’s like seeing into another world. The scorpions glow like they’ve been hit by headlights, and suddenly, I'm the one in charge. It’s bright, powerful, and made me feel like an actual predator in the desert. My only issue? Now I can’t walk around at night without checking for glowing critters.

Rockhounds beware!
TLDR: If you want everything to look purple, this is a great light! If you don't want visible light spectrum, pass on this. This flashlight works well if you're ok with some visible light spectrum. The waves are long enough that it still shows purple. As a rockhound looking for a uv light, I was disappointed. I should have done more research to know I needed a 365 nm light instead of this 395 nm light. The first photo includes, left to right, Mangano calcite, Baltic amber, and 2 pieces of fluorite in daylight. The second photo is under this light. The third photo is under a 365 nm light. The far right fluorite didn't fluoresce under this light. The second stone is ruby zoisite. It turned purple under this light, which threw me. Everything looked purple! The last photo is under a 365 nm light, and the ruby pops!

Good entry level UV light
For the price this is a solid UV flashlight. Works great in the dark but if in ambient light the effectiveness is diminished. Super simple easy to use. Perfect for finding scorpions or pet accidents. Solid aluminum construction should survive a drop.
