I’ve tried a variety of trendy diets, prepared meals etc to lose weight. After comparing shakes, I settled on this one. There is another brand out there that has more protein but I didn’t want to break the bank and these are typically higher in fiber. I went with these and oh my goodness. I have love 10 pounds already by replacing my lunch with one shake.Stomach upset:I wish they had a lactose free version Taste:The flavors are fantastic. Strawberry tasted like cereal milk from a strawberry cereal I had as a kid. Vanilla tastes like white cake batter. The milk chocolate tastes like chocolate milk and the royal chocolate tastes like a dream.I don’t follow the atkins diet, but they align well with my personal diet needs. I usually mix up my flavors so I’m not getting tired of one flavor

I love, love, love Atkins Products, my favorite is milk chocolate and strawberry shakes. It is part of my food budget. I drink one shake every morning instead of breakfast. I dont use for weight loss but because it gives me the energy and protein I need in the morning without having to cook breakfast. I also sometimes eat late at night if I have missed dinner. This keeps me from issues of eating too late, like slow digestion. As an O blood type, I could eat a steak at midnight and be OK, but eat something carby at night, it will keep me awake all night. The Atkins shakes allow me to eat when I want and get the protein I need even if Im not eating healthy foods. Best invention ever and will always be a fan

Ordered these on Amazon as they were way cheaper than Walmart. I ordered as a recurring subscription. Received first order and was to receive the second shipment within 2 weeks. The price went up higher than Walmart price so I cancelled. The product itself is the best tasting protein supplement I've ever tried. Leaves me feeling full and satisfied for a few hours. Will be purchasing at Walmart, unless I see a price drop on Amazon.

I drink one every day. Wouldn’t say it’s a meal replacement but a good addition to your diet to help reach your calories without blowing out your macros. Tastes exactly like strawberry nesquik. Perfect consistency. Not thick.

Think chocolate milk. Doesn't have the funky protein taste that some shakes have. This is the only one I drink. You do want to make sure it's ice cold and shaken well before drinking.

I have been buying these drinks for years now, and I can honestly say that they work for me. I notice that when I drink one in the morning I have more energy and less appetite. They provide a long list of vitamins and minerals I need, allowing me to skip the horrible handful of vitamin pills I usually take. Dark Chocolate Royale is my favorite flavor because it tastes great with no chalky aftertaste. If I need a snack later in the day, I can quickly grab one of these out of my fridge before I have time to make an alternate regrettable choice. No fridge should be without these.
