I have a very limited diet. Can't have gluten, corn, dairy, or artificial sweeteners like sucralose or erythritol. So finding things to eat, especially for a simple snack, can be quite challenging. These IQ Bars have been a Godsend! They taste great and don't upset my stomach like other protein bars. These have even worked well for me for a breakfast when I don't have time to make something and need a bite to eat on the go. I also tend to get tired of eating the same things repeatedly, but I have yet to tire of these IQ Bars after getting them via Subscribe & Save for over a year now. (Only problem with them is that I can't figure out how to get my teenage son to stay out of the box so that I don't run out before the next box arrives. 😉)

I have some pretty strict requirements for protein bars, and IQ bars meet all my requirements, most importantly low in sugar and carbohydrates, but delightfully sweetened with the plant based stevia, and no cane sugar or sugar alcohols.Even more important is the consistency, which is a bit like a firmer, but still soft, cookie dough made into a bar. It’s also high in fiber, which is a bonus to me. The calorie count per bar is not bad, 160-180, and while not high, the amount of protein per bar, of 12 G, is adequate for me. As I use these bars mostly as a snack, not meal replacement, I find that even half a bar satisfies my emergent hunger and my sweet tooth, when I’m on the go. The 3 flavors in this multi-pack are all good, in my opinion. Overall good quality and ingredients, and one of the healthier bars I’ve encountered. Other notes of importance, they’re gluten free and non-gmo certified.

This review is for the sample pack. I loved the texture and the nutritional value (soft and fresh).Taste is of course, subjective. Happy to report that there was no artificial sweetener aftertaste or chalky taste which is a plus.I LOVED the Almond Butter Chip and would easily pick up a box of this flavorPeanut Butter cup was good.Chocolate Sea Salt, Mint Chocolate Chip and Toasted Coconut Chip were ok.DNF (Did not finish) Banana Nut.DNF and GAG ME award went to Lemon Blueberry.I've taste tested and tossed out a lot of protein bars and these (except the two DNF) are now my new go-to protein bars.

Initially I tried the sample pack, which I’m really glad I did because I was surprised by which flavors I liked. Typically I’m not a huge chocolate fan, but this flavor was my favorite so I ended up buying a box. The bar is a decent size and has clean ingredients so I feel like it is worth the money. I really like the soft texture and that it has relatively low calories while still being a good source of both protein and fiber. I wish the company had better variety packs for flavors, but I will continue to purchase. It took me a while to find a good protein bar but I feel like these are the best option right now.

These are healthy and delicious! I purchased the fruit variety pack and chocolate variety pack. I've only tried a couple of the flavors, but love everything I've tried. They also help with my focus and energy. I'm in menopause, so I get some brain fog/fatigue, but these bars give me the mental clarity and focus that I need. I love them and will keep purchasing. I highly recommend.

This is a very healthy bar. It is plant based with great ingredients found to fill you up with good nuts. It is good for those who seek for healthy bar to help in their desire to reduce their weight. It fills you up keeping you from the desire to snack. Curbs your sweet craves. I highly recommend these bars. Help you to keep within your weight calories needs.

I was looking for a protein bar that was low in sugar. Being someone who cannot consume sugar alcohols, I was very pleased to learn that these bars do not contain any, so they did not cause any stomach issues. Also, the flavor was very good for all varieties in this multi pack. The consistency was slightly soft and mildly chewy and I liked all the flavors. Great healthy snack option for me.

I bought the Chocolate Mint Chip flavor because I like mint. Just the right amount of mint and chocolate flavor. The bars are soft but not too chewy. I much prefer these as a source of protein to some of the protein granola bars I've tried in the past. Really appreciate the fact that it's 12 grams of protein and only 1 gram of sugar. Highly recommend them for a morning snack with tea or coffee.
