One of the most effective supplements for hair thinning

I have been taking these vitamins consistently for 9 months. Also with eating a mostly healthy diet. Considering how much protein and iron I have each day. Another thing that has change is my home care in the last four months. I was using bosley rx hair care for years. But I have very fine hair and I was finding it was making my hair brittle . I live in SlC Utah which is a dry environment. From going to Washing my hair every three days to about 6 to 7 days. I switched my hair care to Marc Anthony Bond and repair hair. Has helped. My hair is very wavy curly. I do have Pcos but had it for over 20 years, I am little bit of a yo-yo on the weight but I have consistently been working on making sure to exercise/ hike for the last 2 years. So I think that has helped my androgen levels/ hormones. Been working hard and considering what’s a head. Menopause.

I can not say definitively that these pills are the sole reason that my thin hair is getting thicker because I am bombarding my hair with product. I am taking these vitamins, using the Nioxin system to wash my hair, and also Rogaine (5% Minoxidil) on the front of my hairline. After 4 months, the texture of my hair has changed for the better and it feels and looks thicker. These supplements were recommended by my hair stylist along with the Nioxin. My dermatologist recommended the use of 5% Minoxidil and any hair vitamin supplements. The only problem with Minoxidil is the theory that once you stop using it, your hair will start to fall out again. So, I only spot use it after washing my hair on the front of my hairline as I would any type of mousse or hair product on my hair. It may not be the proper way to use Minoxidil, but the combination of all of the product noted is working.

I had problems digesting such supplements, but it's good. Also, it started reducing my hair loss, so it's worth to try.
