Quality wise very good. And engraving fonts were very nice looking. I have ordered 5 pens for my kids class teachers.I made spelling mistake in one of that . After receiving i checked that one is wrongly written.I contact to the seller. And the seller promised me to send me one pen free of cost . They have send me one pen with engraving correct name . I got the delivery before the last day of school .I will recommend. Who wants to gift thier teacher or anyone.
