This product is only $9 and made serious improvements to my golf game! I practice with it almost every day and I can tell you it really helps. I went from slicing almost every single drive to fading the ball. If you put in the work with this product I can almost guarantee you will see some sort of results.

I gave this 4 stars because it really does feel like I've improved my swing. I'm pretty much a hacker who only plays a few times a year so take that into consideration. This is a pretty simple product, just a wide piece of elastic sewn so it creates two arm holes. The problem I had with this and why I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the size of the arm holes are significantly different. By chance I first put on the smaller arm hole and I could barely get it on. I'm not a muscular person so I wonder how anyone with some muscle to them could possible use this. The second arm hole was the larger of the two and went on easily. In the photo you can see the holes are not even close to being the same size.

Not sure if I’m using it correctly because it appears too short as the yellow bracket reaches my wrist on the backswing but not through my swing nor the follow through as you see in the video. The elbow sleeves do work well.

Great product

I know you can't expect much for $13 but this is worthless. I was sent 2 arm restraints but they were both the same size and were way too small. You almost need 2 people to even put it on. The other plastic trainer piece was hard to get over the shaft and then didn't fit. That's all folks. 🤣

Nice training aid for beginner golfers to keep arms straight and together as well as swing path with the correcting tool. Wish it came with better directions on where to mount the plastic swing corrector and which arm it should be hitting in the back swing. I ended up with a lot of bruises on my forearm from the yellow piece from a fast backswing but I would definitely purchase the product again!

The yellow plastic swing aid is very cheap. Biggest concern is that I need to clamp it on my grip. The bracket barely fits end of my grip. I am concerns the plastic is going to break. The arm bands are ok made but super tight. My arms are not huge but these will cut the blood flow off to hands. Can wear them about 10 min. Works as intended but one size fits all does not work.

The arm bands seems to be helping me strike the ball better. The yellow plastic contraption is a gimmick but the whole package is cheap so it was worth it.

I liked all my purchase's and they where for personnel use.

The hole is too large to fit over the shaft and too small to fit over the grip.

Do not buy this product the arm straps didn’t fit they fell off mine and my husbands arms and did not keep them tight. Cheap plastic on wrist aid

Once properly affixed on your club grip to reflect the proper club face position all you have to do is practice to get your hands and arms at the right angles.The arm bands are great but I found you could not use them for to long because of the tightness on the biceps it sorts of cut the blood circulation after a while.
