For the money, I think this is likely the best deal on PC3-12800 RAM. I've added (2) 8 gig sticks to go with a different brand (matching specs) of existing 8 GB in my home/light gaming PC - overall I have no complaints and zero issues.If you even remotely have half an idea how to identify and safely work on things (I'm a gearhead, internal combustion for life) then this is a super idea to cheaply upgrade an aging PC.With that being said, 16 gigs in and I'll likely buy more. Cheap insurance to keep an aging desktop competitive. Buy without worry.April 2021 edit, ordered a 4th stick of this memory for old my workhorse desktop. The other 24 gigs have worked flawlessly, some sticks for a couple years or more now. Finally all 32GB will be the same brand and specs and I'll update this again later on down the road.

My kids have been interested in gaming on the PC so i had to go out and build a 2nd PC got a super good deal on a a fx 6300 with a awesome asus mother board, I know its older today in 2019 but for $330 for a mainly new PC build with a good case psu and at its time a good amd cpu. I needed ram being on a budget i bought a 8gm of this ram and it was priced right and worked well! Will buy more!

I have been using this memory for years and have never had an issue. It has been used for a gaming system to a Operating System testing platform using Oracle VM VirtualBox.Everything from Left 4 Dead 1 & 2, Path of Exile, 7 Days to Die, to Ubuntu, CentOS, Windows Server 2008 r2, Server 2000, Windows 7.... has been run through this memory and never had an issue.

I'd have given a 5-star review, but the store sent the RAM in a little plastic case and in an amazon bag w/ no cushioning. Considering you're buying computer parts, I'd like to have them protected during transit!! I'm not sure if the little plastic case was enough. Either way; Mine came in perfect condition, was easy to install, and is doing well after being run all day!

We probably spend over $50,000 a year on Amazon for our business, so finding the right parts in a timely matter at an affordable price so I can make some profit is key. We rely on Amazon to keep us in stock with parts.

At first I had a false start because I didn't fully seat the memory. User error.The BIOS recognized the full 32GB (4x8GB sticks), but Windows 7 Home Premium showed "32 GB (16 GB usable).I played musical chairs with the sticks in the mainboard, tried reducing the clock speed of the memory, increasing the voltage, resetting the max memory allocation in msconfig, even pulling the CMOS battery out of the mainboard.After about an hour of head scratching, I found out that Windows 7 Home Premium limits you to 16GB of onboard memory. Micro$oft no longer allows you to upgrade to Windows 7 Pro, which doesn't have this crippleware installed.Now I have to upgrade to Windows 10 (which I hear sucks) to use all of the memory.TLDR: the memory works great. Gates, his bs shots/fear mongering, and Microsoft suck!

I use this brand for my high end systems... Needed some to replace in two older 10 year old systems and this was offered by the brand! Just like the high end stuff I got, this too is excellent memory, made entirely in the USA! This is all I buy now for ram. Not only that, their prices in many cases, are better than all the major name brand options... and being made in the USA, quality is top notch.
