I’ve been having tooth pain in between my two back molars for several months and it especially gets worse if I consume too much sugar. I haven’t gone to a dentist because I can’t afford it, but I’m pretty sure it’s a cavity in its initial phase. In the past few weeks, it’s gotten a little bit worse to the point where now I can’t brush that part of my mouth because my teeth hurt so much. I ordered these supplements, and I make sure to consume them with a fatty meal or sometimes just a shot of EV olive oil so that it can help with the absorption of vitamin A, D and K (fat soluble)Within four days, the pain was reduced to about 90% and after one week it completely went away!I thought I could stop taking them so when I finished the first bottle, I didn’t order a second one and within a week the pain came back. Needless to say, I just ordered a second bottle!If you’re not getting enough of these vitamins through your food, I would highly recommend this supplement 🏆

Good product. If you have a deficiency, the recommended dosage is probably fine; however, the average person should do some research on risks associated with too much vitamin D. The bottle and mfr website actually says 3 capsules for a serving size. 3 capsules already exceeds the maximum recommended dosage of vitamin D. I take one since I also take a multi-vitamin which contains vitamin D as well.

So i have been purchasing these but the last batch was extremely disappointing. Even to the point that im concerned about my health. Now previous orders were great. Reason why i cont to order but as soon as i recieved this one it looked slightly diff. Not by much tho. But as soon as i opened the container the smell was atrocious. It was so fishy. It even looked a bit more creamier color. But instead of me just avoiding it completely i took my recommended amnt and a few min later i started bleeding. Not saying this is whatll happen to anyone but it somehow affected me tremendously. I shouldve never taken it after that fishy smell & feeling skeptic about them but taking them previously before i dient think beyond it. I am reporting this. And just read previous reviews & a few ppl have witnessed the same reg smell/look. Its concerning.

I have been using these for about 1 month now - I believe my gums are healthier. - I see less tartar.

I have been using these for the past month and I can see such a huge difference in the health of my mouth gums and teeth! I go to the dentist in a few weeks so we shall see what they say.

I had Dental work done and experienced receding gumline around a few teeth. I took the entire package as recommended and my dentist actually said my gums have receded even more so. So it would seem that these pills did nothing for me. I wish I cold have gotten my money back. But at this point, I just recommend these unless your doctor/dentist thinks it will help. Good luck!
