Fabulous pen! It writes smoothly, is a good weight and looks and feels like a quality pen. The pen comes in a lovely box and includes a spare medium cartridge and the little spring - a thoughtful touch. I have also bought some of their the fine cartridges from Amazon. After many years of regular use, I had a problem with my pen and contacted them. I have to say the aftercare service from Scriveiner is exceptional. A very happy customer. Thank youl

A short time ago I ordered this pen, for the third time. It has heft, is very well balanced and writes extremely smoothly. Things went a little wrong when the box turned up empty. I contacted Amazon and they immediately refunded my money. After reporting the missing pen to Amazon, I went directly to the Scriveiner.com website and registered in anticipation of ordering directly, and purchase another of these pens, along with inks. Before I was able to place the order, and take advantage of a 10% discount on a first purchase, the seller reached out and sent a replacement pen, no fuss, no hassle, no stress whatsoever.It is easy to judge a company and their attitudes towards the customer when things go well and according to plan, but it is a whole new level to see how an organisation will react when things go wrong. This company acted exemplary and could not have done more to provide a first rate service.I am now and will be a very loyal customer to Scriveiner and their excellent pens. What a lovely pen to write with. Nicely waighted, which adds to it's smooth writing quality. Lastly, I do find that the roller ball ink dries pretty quickly. Hope I don't lose my pen, if so, then I would not hesitate to order another.

I purchased this pen as a gift for my Mum. She absolutely loves it. The colour was true to the picture. It has a nice, solid feel to it. It's smooth writing. The box it comes in is really good quality. It was a bit tough to open it. It came with a refill and a two year warranty which she was really happy about. It's definitely worth the price. I've purchased more expensive pens and the quality definitely wasn't as good as this pen.

I purchased a Scriveiner rollerball pen, the first time I have used a rollerball previously only having fountain or biro pens. It arrived in 24 hours, I was greatly impressed with the pen, truly luxurious, looking equally as good as more expensive pens. It also came with an extra refill black ink certainly an added bonus. I found the pen comfortable to hold, and the ink flow was smooth. I contactedScriveiner Customer Services to obtain an extended warranty, also asked as I was ordering a set of blue refills how to insert them being in my 70's with arthritic fingers, the company's customer care team member Dan was very helpful sending me the information, it was much appreciated and I will certainly be buying more Scriveiner products as gifts for friends.
