I want to be Calm about this. I used maybe 10 tank fulls of water. It sprang a leak at the center hole and drenched the inside of my van. There is no replacement or full refund. They are docking me 50 dollars calling it a restocking fee. Don’t buy it!

It takes alot of effort to get a little watter. Purched sprayer attchment. IT leakes badly can't use indoors or even to get watter to sink. The container is very robust. Dilvery system lacking

Can't beat the savings from purchasing bottled water. Been using mine since May 2017 with no issues. UPDATE 18 Feb 20: Still using it. All drinking and cooking water goes through the filter. Great purchase! UPDATE 10 Apr 20: All good things must come to an end. Survived continuous home use. The pressure took its toll on the Jerrycan and opened a whole that could not be repaired. In closing: This is a great piece of equipment to have. It pays for itself in short time and saves you a lot of headaches during emergencies. I guess it's time to use the one I have in storage and place an order for another. Definitely 5 stars.

Love this thing. Used it on a road trip. Water tastes great. Easy to use. Don’t fill it up all the way the pump can leak if it’s too full. Ours had the charcoal filter so we had no issue with taste.

Expensive but amazing to have the ability for fresh water anywhere.

Be wise have a back up

Like it a lot, but feel they could have made some kind of lid to better protect the tap so it does not get exposed to the open air.
