Stitched, not stapled
The small notebooks are well put together. They are stitched rather than stapled or spiral bound. They come in a nice array of colors.

These little journals are great! We will be using them for wellness activities at work. Employees are given journaling prompts each month to help them with their monthly challenge, and these are the perfect size for that activity. The cost on these are low for how many you receive! Make sure you pay close attention to the size dimensions so you’re not surprised by how small they are when you receive them .

Good for carrying your passwords
