Got this as a gift and the person I gave it to loves it! She has arthritis and anytime it starts flaring, she pulls this out, straps it on, and plugs it in. She doesn't use the vibration feature, but the heating feature is great. It doesn't take too long to heat up and is comfortable enough to lay down with it on. I'm only giving it 4 stars because she hasn't tried the vibration feature, but that's not the fault of the product creator.I will say though that you are not able to be as mobile with it as you would the microwaveable knee brace, but that's not a huge deal. This requires less movement because you don't have to go back and forth to a microwave when the heat starts to cool down, and it's comfortable. It also regulates itself so that it doesn't become too hot. Great product!

The vibrators - which were apparently bought second hand from a sex toy warehouse - keep the heating element so far away from the knee that it's useless. The vibration is better suited for a sex toy than massage. There is no constant setting, just weird on-off stuff that's worthless. The vibe bullets are seriously uncomfortable and make the whole item worthless. Without them, it might work, but with them... annoying at best.

I workout a lot, and sometimes I go too crazy, and then the pain comes with a vengeance. This thing has saved me a bunch of times, it provides so much relief. Although it's designed for your knees, with a little ingenuity, I have managed to use it on my hands and back, feet, hands, and shoulders. Now, I'm not saying you should, but I have.

It work ok

This has effectively relieved knee pain from a medial torn meniscus. 3 different settings for heat and massage are perfect. At the lowest setting relief is felt. It gets very warm! Massage intensity is strong. Ease your way in especially if injury is sensitive to touch. Heat and massage settings are separate as one may seek heat treatment alone and vice versa.The fact that it has a USB plug is a bonus as it can be connected to a portable charger.The inner pocket also makes it adaptable as an ice pack (not included) can be inserted in place of the massage device for one that wants to use the brace interchangeably for ice treatment.Overall, this is highly recommended. Quality and great price home treatment of knee pain.
