Terrible quality. Sound with odd accent. Died completely in 5 months.

My daughter bought this for her niece for her 1 year birthday. It has enough sounds, buttons, music, and lights to entertain any 1 year old. She loves it! It's light enough for her to hold it and the buttons push easily. It is approximately the same size as some of the larger modern cell phones, so she is easily distracted by it instead of constantly reaching for somebody else's phone.

Great toy phone - but it is very loud. Not a huge problem, I just put some duct tape over the speaker.... but holy cow it’s loud without it!

My 7 month old daughter is currently obsessed with our cell phones, so I got her this one. She absolutely loves it! I love that it has so many different programs and that it can grow with her. Definitely recommend!

These phones are cheaply made. They are huge too. Too big for little hands. The Sounds are very loud and the lights don’t correlate well with the sounds. We ordered blue and pink for our twins and they were both almost impossible to get the back unscrewed to put batteries in. However, the company did reach out and offer a very promt, hassel free refund on both phones and they were great to work with. They indicated that they are working to improve the quality of the product, so hopefully it will be better quality for future customer purchases.

We got a working phone! It's really quiet since the speaker is on the back unless you raise it up. I'm not sure how it's loud for other customers. I'm not disappointed.

I bought this for my 2.5 year old grandson, his 5; year old brother has one and they fight over it a lot. Sharing is not the issue, they both love playing on pretend phone talking. I decided to figure out how it works so I could teach the 2 year old how to get the most from it and learn from it. It took me a good few minutes to figure out which button your supposed to hit to get the right answer. If I can’t hit the right buttons before it tells me I chose the wrong one I can’t see how they are supposed to enjoy playing with it. I got frustrated and now I don’t even like it. I’m no longer as excited with it as I was before I started figuring it out. I’m actually looking for something else to buy him before I give it to him. Unfortunately, I wrote his name on it in a black marker and can’t return it.

As long as the baby loves it then it’s good for me. Easy buttons to press and the lights & sounds are engaging
