Q: What percentage of fluoride does it remove?why do i need PH 002? What extra benefits do i get?

Hello, Thanks for the question and happy to help. The latest version of our filter contains Zeolite. Zeolite is a 100% natural crystal that has been proven to effectively remove a high percentage of heavy metals, chloramines, chlorine, and fluoride from water. We have lab tested our filters using several water samples. The results show that a very high percentage of, but not all, things are removed. The materials used in our filters have been rigorously tested by authority bodies such as SGS and independent ISO 17025 labs, as well as our own in-house engineer driven lab testing facilities to ensure quality from the start. The PH002 UF Membrane is our add-on filter. While the PH001 filters are awesome on their own, however, for those who are looking to take their water purification and pH levels to a whole new level, the PH001 and PH002 combo is fantastic. The PH002 filters out tiny particles from your water as small as 0.01 micron, while allowing beneficial minerals to permeate through the membrane. Hope this helps! Q: Hot to dispose of the filters? Do you take them back and recycle the material?

Thanks for your question and happy to help! The PH001 filters can be opened, the filter materials emptied into your regular thrash and all the plastic then placed in your recycling bin. Q: Is the water room temperature or cold?

It doesn't have cooling system. It doesn't have any power supply. The water has the temperature of the tap water you pour in and then gets to the room temperature with time.
