I first discovered it as a sample at my local beauty spa, and after trying just a few bags, I was hooked and ordered my own. Now, I have it on a subscription every 4–6 months through Amazon, and we’ve already gone through three boxes!Before this, I was a daily green tea drinker, but this tea has completely replaced most—if not all—of my other teas. The blend of green tea with fruity flavors is beautifully balanced. It’s not bitter like typical green tea can be if steeped too long, and the fruity notes are wonderfully aromatic.Although it’s recommended as a bedtime tea, I actually enjoy it most in the morning—hot, either plain or with a slice of lemon. I leave the tea bag in the cup the entire time and don’t add any sweeteners, as I prefer my teas unsweetened. Personally, I find that drinking it early helps curb my appetite throughout the day.Both my husband and I have noticed it helps with bloating and digestion. YALL! PLEASE LISTEN TO ME! IT WORKSBe careful with this product yall. Please only do it once a week for safety. When done too often, your body can begin to depend on it. Dont let that happen. Do your research on senna. I put 2 water bottles in a pot on the stove, let it get hot and poured it in a mason jar then added my tea bag (raspberry flavor). I also added A FEW DROPS OF ACV. Let it cool down but was still warm and drank it all within 20 minutes. Taste was fine I actually kind of enjoyed the taste. I was okay but I'm telling you... give it a few hours. Man smh it's crazy. Within an hour I noticed I was peeing a lot. Then a few hours go by and diarrhea has been pouring out of me ever since. Please have tissue and wipes ready. I'm going through it right now as I type this review. No cramping but I can feel the peristalsis in my bowels. Like my stomach is churning but it doesn't hurt. I really like this product. I feel like I might have a big poop episode again but nothing I can't handle. I feel actually really good and will be doing this again in a week. This is a real review I'm a regular person. I just started this a couple weeks ago, and I love it! I haven’t been taking it regularly lately, so I have not seen much progress, but it really does the job and CLEANS you out! Going to the bathroom sucks with it, and the cramping is a little difficult since I am not used to it but I always feel so much better after. I feel less bloated and happier all around. I would recommend this to anyone needing something to help debloat and possibly lose some weight if taken regularly!I got the Açaí Berry flavor, and I mix it with sugar free raspberry syrup and it tastes so good! I try to drink it at night, so I can get all my business done in the morning. I think it is a really good price for as much as you get! I highly recommend!
