Brilliant, easy to use. I'm disabled so it gives me the exercise I need. Easy to assemble.all my friends come twice a week to use it too. We are of an age of between 68 and 77. So if we can do it, anybody can. 👍🏼👍🏼

Update - August 2018 I’ve been contacted by customer services who have been lovely and the very next day they sent me a brand new updated machine, even better than the one I had and I’m thrilled, what fantastic customer support, wish I’d contacted them back when mine broke but I never expected such a great aftercare service, thank you so much and now back to loving my machine again. (End of update)When I bought this I loved it, it was delivered quickly and has worked perfectly up until yesterday, bought April 2016, January 18 I turned it on and nothing happened, I was looking around it to see if anything obvious was wrong when the smell hit me and the bottom started smoking, thank god it was close to the front door and I was able to pull the plug out and get it outside quickly before the flames started. I’m just glad I hadn’t left it plugged in and gone out, now on its way to the dump sadly

Ive intentionally waited a while to write this review so that it’s given me a chance to use it and see what happens. The assembling was pretty simple however there where a couple of screws missing so I haven’t put up the drinks holder. The sturdiness is fairly good but when it’s on the highest speed it does hell of a lot of rattling unless your holding the bars. It’s no problem to use, very easy but I’m not too keen on the way the settings work; it’s very Stone aged with little technology and the speakers are only any good if you can be bothered to buy an aux for you Iphone, but luckily I have an Alexa in my bedroom so I’m not that bothered. It’s original description says it reduces cellulite but that just a gimmick, it’s not true. I’m not weight but could do with shedding a few pounds, I developed fibromyalgia so I stopped the gym and decided to buy this to help me retain some form of ton-age. I do feel like there’s been slight improvement on muscle tone but I’ve made sure I’m using it regularly with yoga stretches. Don’t be fooled about losing weight without dieting, as unfortunately it won’t work. Would I recommend it to anyone else 🤔 not really, your best to do more research and talk to others about their experiences and recommendations or potentially speak to a fitness instructor who has experience with vibration plates. i gave it 1 star because I assembled it went to work and on its first use my wife and child pulled the jack out where you connect your MP3 player to listen to music whilst you workout :-) Seriously by the first use the jack came apart and now I have to listen to some zooming from loudspeakers ... besides that the grips on the side bars which are supposed to measure your heart rate are measuring nothing ... further I am disappointed that instead bluetooth you get a medieval times cheap Chinese jack to plug your self in - seriously ??? Update : e-mailed the seller per instruction and still no response 🤒😷🤕

Little worried when I first looked at instructions as it said check all the parts are here. I thought I must be a bag short, what they had done which is a fantastic idea all the nuts bolts and washers were in the holes they had to go in. I'm 70 years old and was able to put it together myself. I had to get my son to tighten them up but that was purely the age thing. Most of the exercises are easy to do for my age so someone younger would have no problem.

Bought this for my home gym it’s ok but after a couple of days I have to tighten all of the screws as they seem to come out probably as it’s vibrating all of the time but still they should come out if I hadn’t noticed it could have broken the machine

Talk about shake the living day lights out of you, you certainly know that it is working when all your muscles start to tingle and your sides start to itch. Don't panic this only lasts a few minutes after getting off, but you feel so much better

11/7/19 - Assembly ok, instructions not very informative but diagram and common sense is fine. The base weight is fine the handles and upright for console seem a little flimsy and certainly shake if not held and I think this is it's weakness as if used heavily I think parts will become loose or fail. Also the wife states the base with the movement is more like a rocking movement than true vibration plate but it does seem to work.BUT for the price and our expectations fine, will update on durability later.19/7/19 - Overall still happy getting use to various options but mainly using the "88" manual function. Although on solid floor which is carpeted I've placed a slab of wood underneath to protect the carpet. Also I've placed some foam of the foot plate as I stand bare/sock feet and the pimple type things annoy.27/7/19 - So gone through all the programs and ok just pick one which suits your needs. Being used daily and on occasions twice a day so durability will be tested.3/8/19 overall happy used the various programs and ok. although you can not change the time or speeds only in the manual mode which is ok. but sometimes it would be nice to have. Definitely must be on level ground and if possible on solid floor is best. The palm sensors can not see the point as although connected the CAL/BMI index still goes up even if not touching so in someways pointless. My final criticism is having to take your hand/s off to change settings/speeds or stop/start of a program/session it would be nice if at hand on the bars/grips but it's a nice to have not a necessity. FOR THE PRICE IT'S SO FAR GOOD AND WELL WORTH THE MONEY, if you want more bells ans whistles then you will have to pay more.NOTE purchased a second unit for relative had faulty console which I reported and Bluefin sorted by sending out a replacement console so customer service at this point very good.
