Great glass bottle. The negative reviews don't do this bottle justice. Yes the lid is plastic. All reusable glass bottles are going to have a plastic cap, this doesn't warrant a negative review. Also if the bottle is leaking for people then the gasket in the cap is either missing or came off. Also, there are always inherent risks to having a glass bottle no matter how much rubber protection we surround it with. You always have to be more careful with a glass bottle.Now for the review. This is a fantastic glass bottle with a smart system for the cap that prevents water from getting stuck outside the lid and from getting under the rubber. I've had other glass bottles where water got stuck between the cap, the bottle, and the rubber which led to smelly bacteria growth. This bottle doesn't have that problem. 32 oz seems to be perfect size for me. The bottle is thin enough to fit in most cup holders as well. The design also makes for minimal contact with the plastic lid which is the point of using a glass bottle.

Two things: 1.). The bottle was sitting on the floorboard of my truck, it fell over, hit a piece of plastic and shattered. That was in the first week. The glass is weak. Imagine if you took it on a hike and barely hit a tree or a rock. 2.) The shipper was so anxious to get a 5 star rating that they emailed me 3 times before it happened but have not responded when I told them what happened. I'm not looking for a handout but acknowledging an email is important. I bought 2 bottles but I'm actually afraid to use the 2nd cuz I don't want to have that fear of stepping on broken glass.

“Protector” didnt do anything, broke after 3 days of use. Not EXTREME GLASS, just normal glass plus the top is made out plastic so it defeats the whole purpose of wanting to buy glass.

I used this item a few times to make smoothies and it is great! This is a very good quality large glass shaker bottle. The included silicone grips are good in greatly reducing the risk of the bottle sliding out of your hand while shaking, though by preference, I hold both ends of the bottle and shake that way. The grips are also removable in case they need to be cleaned. The included cap has no issues with leaking.

I was really excited about this bottle and that it was a 32 oz glass bottle but it leaks like crazy! I have tried putting the lid on over and over again but nothing seems to make it better. I’m really bummed.

However, I didn't expect to find one as incredibly reliable and well-built as this one on the first try! I love how sturdy and easy to grip it is! Fits perfectly in my hand and the silicon cover makes sure that I never have to worry about it slipping.I think the best feature it has is the time-based consumption graphic on the side [see photo]. It helps you visualize how much water you should drink by a certain time of the day based on the 2 liters/day recommendation. I love this so much!Update: I've now had this water bottle for over a year, and it is still as good as when I first got it! Still highly satisfied with this purchase.

As the title says, I've used this for over a year now and I've managed not to break it. It says it is made of "Xtremeglass." I guess we'll see how xtreme it is when I finally do drop it. Pros: It has held together well, the rubber sleeve comes off and on easily and has not loosened up, as you should expect with glass there is no detectable taste to it.Cons: The plastic mouth is too small for my taste and the the cap is pretty flimsy and will probably break one day. I've been cautious with it since day one. It's a little too large for most cup holders, but I knew that before I bought it. Just be advised if you think this is going to fit comfortably in your car's cup holder.Overall good product and for the price compared to the size it is a great buy.edit: broke it one month after leaving my initial review. It took a 2 foot tumble to the ground and completely shattered. "Xtremeglass" is only marketing and means nothing. I won't knock it any stars because it was my fault and I've also dropped it from higher with no consequence, but I figured it was worth mentinoning.

When I was buying cups and the like for my home, I never really thought about practicability. So, If I use the cups I have for a glass of water, they are empty in a gilp of two. I love this baby. It is BIG. That's why I wanted it. I had a smaller water bottle like it that I believe my ex stole, which is part of the reason he is an ex. Anyway, that thing leaked everywhere.BIGGEST CON: You know you need a long, special, scrub brush to clean it.BIGGEST PRO: It tells you how much water you should've drank by a particular time. I NEED that.
