This was my first barn door project, and overall I think this kit is excellent. I’d for sure use it again for any other barn door projects. I liked that the track was 1 piece at 6ft long. I thought the instructions were good for some things but could be better for others. Example, installing the rail stops. I put up the header board and rail, and realized after all done that the end stop didn’t have enough track to mount and stop the door where I wanted. The instructions didn’t cover this well. I didn’t factor in the needed space for the right stopper. I also had to undo the left end spacer + bolt to put on my left side rail stop. Not a big deal. Otherwise it does a good job explaining heights, hole sizes to drill out for hardware installation on the door, etc. It’s not hard to figure out installation even in the areas that were lacking detail. I liked that the kit came with both a floor mount T door guide for those who want to route out a channel, and a wall mount roller door guide for those who don’t. The wheel is too big in my opinion, so I bought a different door guide with smaller rollers.

The instructions are general at best. It did have some good info like dimensions. I bought 2 of these kits. I did make a previous review about the poor packaging. This is about the install. All went good considering the rooms they went in. I'm happy.

Our handy man requested we buy this for our barn door instead of the one we got at Lowes. He said it is the best of all the ones he has used. And we love it! Sturdy and looks nice. Door rolls easily with no noise.

Made of high quality material. No issues with install and looks amazing. Kit includes two different floor guides, we choose to use the hidden one that requires a groove be cut into the bottom of the door, but you can use the other one that utilizes the wheel. I would buy again!

This is now my go-to for barn door hardware. This is my second time using this hardware. Rolls very easy. Quiet. My first door is about 140 lbs and almost 6ftx6ft. This worked great. The second door I made was half the size and works great for it too. As others mention, the metric instructions took me a little time to decipher. I used my phone to do conversions and some common sense. It wasn't as bad or as intimidating as it seemed.

Looks great. We had to drill extra holes to line up with the studs that were not consistent around the doorway. Very happy with the entire set. The only question mark is the lock. It can easily be removed fromThe outside. The kids (5,6,7) all figured it out in under a week.
