Q: Can you unassemble these for moving?

Yes you can take the unit apart for moving.

Q: What is the height of the fixed, middle shelf? I need to set the bottom shelf to 25" high, so I'm trying to calculate the remaining shelf heights.

36" but if you do what I did and call edsal and order 4 MPC0409BLK Post Couplers you can set the middle shelf anywhere you would like it

Q: Are there any rubber feet or some sort of protection on the bottom to keep it from scratching the floor all up

There aren't any rubber feet. Once it is in place, you will not want to move it. Since it doesn't have any brackets to stabilize the connections of the two vertical pieces, once it's built, you won't want to try to move it or it will start to fall apart.

Q: The shelves are warping on mine. Can I order replacement shelves?

I Had the same problem with the wood particle board shelves. Don't waist your time with ordering replacements, as they will do the same thing. I simply bought 1/2" real plywood and cut them to size. Problem solved.
