Q: What is the warranty on this and is there an extended warranty available?

Extended warranty was not offered. Prime helps with some of that with a return. I will tell you this thing rocks and use pure water. Distilled water I think is best and it is cheap and has zero flavor. Clear hard ice use on max setting for drinks. Another tip use chilled water out of the fridge or out of the bottle water cooler makes it faster. Now I live where there is very hard tap water that could cause damage with minerals and not get clear ice. For 250.00 I made it up $$ and is better than store bought and plus running to the store at $3.00 a pop. Fridge Ice sucks. Runs quiet. Not perfect but the next step up is $500.00 plus and install. Round it to a 1000.00 for a cheap one. It doses make 40 pounds easy in a day. Once you get a stack of 30 lbs. Who needs that much a day. If you have a party I just go but 4 bags and done. Must drain when not in use but I fire it up every other day and it's fine. Clear ICE ROCKS FOR DRINKS.

Ice brick

Nice design, I like how the water is added in a opening in the back, rather than where the ice is stored like other countertop models. The large water capacity is convenient.Ice is produced relatively fast; Ours is having a hard time dropping out the ice though, and it’s turning into a brick- great for chilling a big container, not for a glass though.

Nice Product

I liked it overall. It's a well built machine. After a couple week the fan starting making loud noise. Still keep making Ice. I will ship back but will order it again.

Easy To Use

After working through an issue with the first ice maker (customer service was quick and easy to work with) sent to us and getting the replacement, this works as advertised. It is easy to use, creates convenient sized cubes, not too big, and helps us keep up with ice demands of a 7 person household.
