I have had this product installed in my car for over 2 years now in various light fixtures. In that time, I've had at least 10 bulb failures. It might be due to heat or vibration, but after some time, the bulbs inevitably start to go bad - you'll see this as either a very dim light or it will start flickering. The lifespan of these bulbs are without a doubt shorter than your typical filament/halogen bulb.That being said, they are easy to replace and much brighter than stock bulbs which helps with visibility. Despite the shorter life, I am not going back to the old bulbs. I purchased another pack and keep a couple in the car so they are on hand when I need to replace one.

I have a brand new 2019 Hyundai Tucson, so the halogen lights have not faded with use and are as bright as they will ever be. I replaced them with these units. I installed two up front for my map lights and couldn't see any difference. I wondered if it was just because my eyes had adjusted between the time the originals were in, so to double check I left one new LED on one side, and put the original halogen back in the other side, and still couldn't see a difference in brightness. I'm giving them a 4 because even though they are not brighter, they are ridiculously cheap. If you are replacing lights to get more brightness, you may not get what you're looking for, but if you have burned out bulbs you are replacing anyway, they are a decent value. I bought some other units that I like much better.POMILE 194 LED Bulbs COB Chipset Xenon White 6000k Super Bright T10You only get 4 instead of 10, and they're more expensive, but they are much brighter. I bought one pack to test them, and I am so pleased I bought another.

I've bought 2 packages of these, the 1st was Jan of '20 and installed 6 in my truck. Same 6 are still in there and I've left my inside lights on for several hrs before. Had to buy another package to replace the 194's in the wife's and daughters cars last summer and none of those have burned out either. Neither package I bought are polarity sensitive. Will buy more if they do burn out.

Replaced the old bulbs in my truck with this.Impressed with how bright they are and the price was fair.

5 stars for now.They fit nice and snug in my test socket.They produce really bright light. And that makes me happy. What could make me even happier is if they actually last as long as they say they will. But only time will tell. Bought these for my ‘14 Captiva. They should fit 2 marker lights, 2 side/bumper turn signals, & 4 dome light sockets. One of the best qualities these bulbs is the price. A dozen of these for under $7!?! That’s a win!
