This package has so many options for plantar fasciitis. I like how easy everything was easy to use. If you have problems in your feet this will definitely help. I have a bone spur in one of my feet and plantar fasciitis in the other. It helped with the pain in my feet and gave me support when needed. My favorite in this bundle has to be the spike ball it really helped with the pain.

I got this for my mom. She has major feet problems, from wearing to small of shoes as kid which led to disformed toes. She also has bunions. She constantly is in pain. Everything alone is expensive so this kit is perfect for her. She loves the heal and arch support! She said that she no longer has sharp pains when walking especially for longer periods. The ball is also great for just achy feet. I got this for my mom but really anyone could use it from athletes to anyone on there feet all day. Just an over all great buy!

I got this for my mom and she gives it 5 stars. The package is very nice and has worked for her. She loves the ball and once she gets the right shoes the rest will work great.

I don't believe when product reviewers say "instant relief", but the arch support absolutely gives instant relief. 2 months of plantar faciitus and it's finally getting better.

Received items fast. I haven't had a chance to use everything yet. I like the spike ball and the arch supports. If you have heel pain this won't solve the problem but it does help some.

This is a great set, everything you need to help treat foot pain, plantar fasciitis in general. I have been struggling with PF in my right foot for a while now and this kit has helped tremendously. I particularly like the ball to massage the bottom of my foot. I highly recommend this package!
