Everything is great but it did not come with the keyboard and the mouse. I sent 2 separate emails regarding this issue and they completely ignored me.

I needed a new computer because my old Pointe was slowly dying. I chose this one in hopes that it would be faster for three high graphic games I enjoy. It has much more than fulfilled my hopes. Microsoft office loaded in less than a minute and my were loaded almost instantaneously! Game performance is great! I'm a very happy camper!

All I can say is WOW! What a deal!!! The quality in the build, the RGB keyboard and mouse is off the hook! It’s nice an tidy to. No loose wires in the case. It looks awesome with all the RGB modes going.

I'll drop a review for a few things to comment on as I just received the PC the first day and wanted to provide some thoughts on it.This is my first gaming desktop purchase. I had previously purchased a gaming laptop from CUK like 6 years ago and it was a pretty good experience back then as well, but I decided now I wanted to go and get a gaming desktop and I can only say wow am I blown away by what they do for the desktop experience.At first, I had purchased it earlier on in the week and felt bummed cause it didn't show Prime on it and said it'd take quite a few days longer... and throughout the week it had became available for Prime, but I already purchased it. However - these guys are amazing and it arrived much faster than the expected dates, basically as fast as when Prime would've had it ready by for me. They shipped it out quite early and it got here in a few days.Now - where I'm really impressed is just everything that came with the set up to try and make it plug and play as soon as possible. I didn't even need to call tech support for assistance (as they had provided a quick start guide that explained a step by step process on how to start everything up) and one very nice thing they that I'm thoroughly impressed by is they have a comprehensive checklist that is run by at 2 people (technician/and QA) on the device to ensure everything is working well (and they each date/sign off on every part that was checked off). I only list this because it wasn't listed in the description and upon receiving it, it does feel quite a bit better to feel they actually cared to run checks on their product they send out. So thank you to what looks like an Alex P and AF for both your help! So far there has been absolutely nothing wrong and this thing works beautifully. The build seems solid and everything seems intact and in place. There was a great amount of protections on the package delivery... huge amounts of bubble wrap outside the box - huge Styrofoam things to keep the actual pc in place (of course) and even an expandable foam thingy inside the pc (That was easily removable before starting up the pc) that allowed everything to be protected on its journey.The fans really are nice - its nice to see their cooling system work quite well and you can even feel the cool air that is blown inside blow out from the sides from the front a bit. They aren't very noisy for the most part - but aren't completely silent (as I doubt anything really would be with 6 fans spinning).But overall, this has been a great experience buying my first gaming desktop as a prebuilt and it just feels great that the experience was quite stressfree. I'll update if anything else goes wrong, but so far it has been honestly 5/5 stars for sure. It was so easy for simple plug in and start playing.(Of course to note - while they do try and help you make sure a lot of things are up to date and everything is tested, always be sure to run your standard windows update upon receiving it so it can be fully 100% up to date as these usually cause common issues and I did have a few windows updates that ended up installing upon a scan) but still amazing job well done CUK. It was definitely very easy to plug and play so far for sure and as of now - I'm certain if I ever needed an upgrade I'd go with CUK again.

Though the packaging was VERY good, and arrived without damage, the computer itself is a brick.Nothing more. Power supply switch on, plugged into a live outlet, push the power button. NOTHING.Power supply tested ok with Amazon Tech support, so the problem lies within a component in the tower.I have upgraded my review to 3 stars (from 1 star), only because the CUK tech staff replied quickly to my email,and offered help to try and get the computer up and running... unfortunately to no avail.Computer returned for refund.

It has multiple fans and stays cool. It is a little noisy. Has super cool lights with a remote to change the colors. Came with keyboard and mouse which are cool too. My only wish was that it came with a CD/DVD drive. Bought for our son for gaming.

I got the computer all set up with one monitor connected (hdmi) and it received no signal. Tried displayport next and also nothing. After 2ish hours now nothing has worked and I'm convinced I was sent a shiny brick. I'm going to be contacting customer service at CUK tomorrow so I'll update this review if I get anything.

Just recieved my new cuk gaming pc, only to find out that is a brick. After chatting with tech support and trying all their suggested troubleshooting, its still not working...
