Got this fantastic part for my Ruger 10/22, Was so tired of fingering the bolt release after locking it back. After install i went to the range, locked the bolt back and installed the range flag when the lanes were cold, than when they went hot pulled the flag inserted the magazine and pulled the bolt, to my delight it worked like a charm, bolt slammed home and i was off too the races. If you have a hard time dealing with the stock bolt release in the 10/22 pick this up. it only takes about 10 minutes if you take your time and there are many videos out there that will show you how to install it.

This is a good buy for any 10/22 owner. I can't believe Ruger doesn't do this from the factory. Inexpensive, Prime shipping, and good quality. Hit it with a light coat of oil, install, blast away!

Plenty of installation videos on youtube so installation was easy. Works as advertised. The bolt release plate is constructed of thinner metal than the factory part. However, that should not impede its function.

This thing is so easy to install, and it should come standard on all 10/22s. It's so much easier to release the bolt. Worth every penny.

Perfect fit for the 10/22...honestly should be a standard piece. Not only is it more convenient but when working with a loaded firearm, there's no reason to have to struggle to get it racked. This simple, yet effective piece makes it easier to just pull back and it's loaded.There are a few other similar products so hope this review was helpful.
