The syrup is good and goes a long way. Good price too for what it us. If you receive the wrong gtade, just return igt , that doesn't give an actual review about the taste and quality of the actual product

I used to use much more maple syrup than in the past year, as I'm now cooking mostly just for myself. Now I buy the quart instead of the half gallon. Morning brunches of homemade challah French toast are a thing of the past, but I still use maple syrup in many recipes as a substitute for some or all of the sugar - especially nice in marinades, dressings, and pastries. The dark robust, formerly Grade B, delivers such a deep , rich maple flavor, unlike the overly sweet and insipid taste of "Grade A" or "amber". Keeps forever in the fridge, and while it may crystallize around the rim of the jug, no harm to what's inside. I just used 1/2 cup of this as a component of a delicious Maple Bourbon Short Rib Recipe and it was swoon-worthy. Try adding a bit - about a tsp - to your vinaigrette dressing and see how it kicks up the flavor. Been buying this brand for many years - I love that it's organic, and from Vermont.

The flavor is very robust as the name suggests. I previously thought I preferred amber syrup but this product has changed my perspective. Lots of depth and not overtly sweet. Can make anything taste infinitely better. Had a bad batch of pancakes but this saved the day. The grade system for maple syrup is incredibly confused and this bottle doesn't exactly help but I do appreciate that they let you select based on the color/flavor profile rather than the letter system.

Great color, consistency and flavor

I have been trying to switch to more natural foods, so adding pure local honey and pure maple syrup were on my list, to replace other sweeteners. I had no idea maple syrup could taste this good! I'll never be able to go back to the garbage they pass off as maple syrup in the grocery store again after having this. Do yourself a favor and buy it; you will not regret it.

Tastes great and package well. Would recommend this product to anyone.

Rich taste of maple but not too sweet as compared to other brands

Tried it for few weeks now.I've been using it for pancakes, brevarages and the whole family liked it

Its a good maple syrup but I order Amber instead I received Dark Color
