I am very pleased with this purchase! This was a replacement for an old one that was no longer available. The size and weight are perfect for me when my neck and shoulders are aching and causing headaches.I added a few extra seconds in the microwave and the heat lasts a bit longer than I expected. The aroma was a bit stronger than I would have liked, but it didn't last very long, which pleased me.I would definitely recommend this to others.Edit: Great customer service! There was a business card enclosed with the item that had a code for a prize. I submitted and the company immediately reached out to me for information to send a prize, which was a cold pack knee pain relief wrap. The wrap is great and is something useful for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and weight. It actually went down to my shoulders and stayed there, not slipping around. The scent was very subtle, not “chemical-y” at all. The fabric left a bit to be desired by me; it did not feel very soft to me. Maybe that’s why it didn’t slip around! And I liked the color. I rated it a 4 because it didn’t seem to heat evenly to warm both shoulders and the fabric made it hard to mix the contents to distribute the heat. Pretty nice overall.

WOW it's that good. I have tried many other products and this one by far is the very best. Great price too. I love it. I really enjoy the bonus gift with it. I love the smell which is very mild. I had a great nose for smells and this one doesn't over power you at all. It relaxes you! Even heat and works great! I highly recommend this. Must buy especially for the snowy and cold Winters to come. It stays hot for 1 hour.

I do like this product. The smell is great, smells like a spa. It offers my neck some relief, I just wish it would stay warm for longer.

I have been searching for some time for a new moist heat pack for my neck and shoulders, to replace one I've had for years. I bought a different one from Amazon that is very soft, but it takes much longer to heat up and then doesn't hold the heat well.This one heats up in about 2-1/2 minutes, as the directions note, and gives off lovely herbal scents when it's warm. It has a nice weight so it doesn't slide off your neck. I love that it has a washable cover, as well, as many don't.

My wife use it for her sore muscles on her shoulders. This product kept the temperature for a decent amount of time! Fast and easy to use. Fits everyone! have tried it on myself. The weight is perfect. Great value for money.

I was very surprised to find that the neck wrap was such nice quality. The cover is very soft & easy to wash. The overall size of the wrap is full coverage, so I no longer have to slight one should over another to get full heat. It's a nice benefit to have the booklet which is super helpful in how to care for & correctly use. Who knew it would go on a clean/dry plate in microwave?? Excellent how to tips. And I even received a smaller pad to use for other areas or take when I'm traveling. After using it for a week, the size & weight have already helped me to relax my painful shoulder/neck area. It's keeping me mindful of having my shoulder down to improve my posture. James was very responsive. Glad to have found a quality solution.
