I tried Ashwagandha (as stated by webmd and a few other sites) for arthritis, anxiety, trouble sleeping (insomnia), backache, fibromyalgia, daily stress, as a general tonic, thinking ability, decreasing pain and swelling (inflammation), and preventing the effects of aging. I have been taking it for about a week and have noticed better quality of sleep, not as much aches and pains in the mornings, a little better concentration and desire to complete work. So far I believe it is working for me.

Ashwagandha extract supplement capsules was a very good product, It is used to help enhance energy, vitality, is an anti-oxidant and immune booster. You are to take one capsule twice a day, It took about a couple of weeks before I notice any difference, I did feel more energetic. The capsules were a little big, but easy too swallow, they were a grayish brown color. I would recommend this product to people considering buying it.
