dr. recommended
great stuff. i get small tears on my corneas. my eye dr. said to use this. does burn a little bite. if a person doesn't wipe the run off there is a streak of white stuff. as often as i use this stuff i wish it was bigger in size. easy to do the drops .

Use daily for smoker with copd. Also use if cold or sinus infection. Go to product. Always keep. On hand.

Works as advertised possibly?
Burns like all get out but works as advertised? Maybe? Idk. My eye surgeon suggested this product for dry eyes but later on i found out my issue was actually a complication from the surgery
