Exactly what was needed
Exactly what I needed, and worked perfectly

Died after a very short time.
This was used on a 3D printer and only on when the printer was printing. So it didn't get a lot of hours, and the bearings went out in it. Not a long lasting product.

Makes a good replacement in "858D" type hot air SMD rework station
The blower in my "858D" type hot air SMD rework station failed, and I replaced it with this blower. It works fine so far, moves the right amount of air and isn't annoyingly loud. I've only run it for an hour, if it fails I'll update the review. I did have to saw off the mounting ears since the 858D handpiece has no space for them.

Not good for a 3d printer
Oh it's quite, but no flow at all. My other printers fans I have to turn the speed down. This one is at 100% and still bearly any CFM.

Works great but sounds like a turbocharger
Installed and works but if you have sensitive hearing it'll drive you crazy. It seriously sounds like the turbo in my truck when it's outside running.

Low air flow
At first I had them on my 3d printer didn't work to keep it cool,

I has a higher RPM
It's louder but the humidifier works again.I will finish out the heating season with it and get a quieter one next year.For the low price. of the fan I can't complain.
