calming and fresh
reminds me of tea on a yoga retreat. light uplifting flavour of the Melissa plant which contains natural l theanine - good for anxiety. make it strong or weak depending on desired effect - slept like a log after a strong brew. will definitely keep some in the cupboard.

Quality excellent
Slight delay in arriving but this product is the best quality lemon balm i have had Realy reccommed for anixey or sleep props. So it still gets my thumbs up

No lemon taste or smell for me.
Arrived well, but unfortunately for me this did not even have a hint of lemon in smell or taste. Passed it around at work and others thought it was green tea. Not sure if it is supposed to taste like green tea as my first try, but not for me.
