I always order this BenGay product because it is one of the best for sore muscles and minor strains. It always provides fast relief for a few hours unlike the other no name brands that might last an hour or less.

Works well but you should wash your hands after using the cream to discourage house flies.

I get lower back pain, knee pain, and shoulder pain. I have a hand held back rubber and then I follow up with this. Takes out the pain really good. I also love the smell and it lasts for quite awhile!
