First of all, I was SO skeptical about a girdle giving back support and pain relief, and this goes beyond my expectations. That is the best thing about it. It helps me sit straight up and not slouch. The one downside is that I have a very short torso so I did not order the long size. If I pull it up too high, my hip muffins and lower tummy stick out the bottom and give an unwanted shape... But if I pull it low enough to cover all of that, it gives me an EXTREME shelf of back chub. All in all, it is very comfortable to wear around the house but due to the back fat, I will not be wearing it out in public.Measurements: Ht 5'3", Wt 212 lbs - I ordered a 2XL and it was slightly hard to get on but is perfectly tight and does the job.

Definitely size way up. I normally wear mediums I looked at the chart and description then decided to order a large. I still can’t get it any where near closed and should’ve ordered an extra large.

Caution, do not buy based on your clothe size, check sizing chart and go by waist size. Good material and was a great support for my back.

Comfortable

I like that it's tight for a size medium but I thought it would be more structured. The bones are flimsy in this particular version. it is comfortable to wear done not suck in your stomach well

Honestly I was skeptical as hell. I purchased an xl which I could have got a 1x but babyyyy when my fiancé helped me put it on I was so snatched. Yo my stomach no longer touched my thighs. I felt very small flat tummy . I weight 225 and I’m big at the top small at the bottom but fit the first time in 7 years I felt very comfortable in my skin ( face card never decline tho) lol but get it I’m about order the 1x and hopefully fit more comfortably in my xl soon

Its a great product, it was difficult to put on by my self, so I needed two other people. I'm just a big person I think I would have needed a size 10 XL . but so far I ride my bike with it on and its made me sweat so it is still a great product

Great quality product. I’ve been wearing a lighter version from a different brand at size xs and this was stretching out so wanted to find something smaller that can also be comfortable to wear.My waist is 26” so struggled to choose size as the chart suggests I buy a medium. Went with my gutt and bought an xxs. It was a struggle to put on but it fits in the first hook.This small I wouldn’t suggest keeping it on for long as it caused some stomach discomfort, but it does the job!I will not be training in it as it’s really restrictive

I needed a xxs sized waist trainer it was perfect i couldn’t get it to the last handle so that’s exactly what I want nice and tight amazing material I love it ! So good for the price aswell! If they every do xxxs I will be back 😂

Me encanta, era justo lo que quería! Me hace cintura de reloj de arena y después de unos días de usarla la barriga me queda súper plana. A todo esto hay q añadir: comer sano, ligero, menos cantidad de comida, zero bebidas gaseosas, ni oler las cervezas y adiós al alcohol.

Ansich sehr gutes Material, gut ist auch das es mehrere Stufen gibt zum Größe einstellen. Aber meins war definitiv viel zu eng, ich frage mich wer solche Mini Taillen hat. Für mich hat das tragen auch Gesundheitlich Nachteile gebracht wie Verstopfung, Bauchschmerzen... daher denke ich das sowas nicht für jeden geeignet ist. Nur das tragen hat bei mir auch optisch an der Taille nichts verändert. Jetzt mache ich Sport und trage sowas gar nicht mehr und habe definitiv mehr Effekt.
