I really like this stuff, tastes like lemonade, can mix my fiber with it too and drink it down quickly. It seems to really help to stay well and fight off viruses also. Following the directions, I mixed 1 teaspoon of powder with about 8oz of water and drank. Within an hour, I was running to the bathroom (sorry, tmi). It is known that too much Vitamin C can have a laxative effect. I’m sure the amount in which a person can handle all at once is different for everyone. However it might be a better idea to try spacing apart doses. For example, start with 1/4 tsp in the morning, 1/4 tsp in the afternoon, 1/4 tsp at dinner, and a 1/4 tsp before bed. Good Luck!
